Some people have the idea that you should go to therapy once a week for 50 minutes, sometimes for the rest of your life. I'm very comfortable throwing those ideas out the window if a different schedule fits better. I want you to have a voice in the practical matters of how therapy happens for you. In general, though, my practice is brief—come in, make preferred changes, then continue life without therapy.

So, if you'd like to come in twice for intensive, 3-hour hypnosis sessions, I'm game. If you want to bring the whole family for a 30-minute experiential activity once a month, let's do it! If you'd like to come in once a week for an hour, we will make it productive time. Your challenges are most likely unique, so let's make the schedule fit your life instead of the other way around.

I also try to make myself available at times that fit busy or unique schedules—I'll do my best to accommodate the 7am before-work therapy session or the evening finally-got-off-work couples session.

I believe therapy should end the moment it's no longer necessary, with "necessary" being determined by you (you know you the best). And we can talk about all of this along the way so we are on the same page.
